Soin De Coco currently delivers across Lebanon.

Delivery availability may vary depending on the exact location, courier coverage, weather conditions, road access, security situations, public holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

2. Order Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 1 to 2 business days after the order is placed.

During high-demand periods, promotions, holidays, events, or unexpected operational delays, processing may take longer than usual.

Orders placed with incomplete or incorrect information may be delayed until the customer provides the correct details.

3. Delivery Time

Once your order is shipped or dispatched, delivery usually takes between 1 to 5 business days, depending on your location and courier schedule.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to courier issues, public holidays, weather conditions, traffic, remote areas, incorrect addresses, customer unavailability, or circumstances outside our control.

4. Shipping Fees

A delivery fee may apply depending on your order value, location, and any active offers available at the time of purchase.

The final delivery fee, if applicable, will be shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

From time to time, Soin De Coco may offer free delivery promotions. These offers may be changed, limited, or cancelled at any time without prior notice.

5. Order Confirmation and Delivery Contact

After placing your order, you may receive an order confirmation by email, SMS, WhatsApp, or phone, depending on the contact information provided at checkout.

Our team or delivery partner may contact you to confirm your order, delivery address, or delivery timing.

Please make sure your phone number is correct and reachable. Failure to answer confirmation or delivery calls may delay or cancel your order.

6. Order Tracking

When tracking is available, you may receive a tracking number or delivery update by email, SMS, WhatsApp, or another available communication method.

Some local deliveries may not include live tracking. In this case, our team or delivery partner may contact you directly regarding the delivery status.

7. Customer Responsibility

To avoid delays or failed delivery, please make sure to provide complete and accurate delivery details, including:

  • Full name
  • Correct phone number
  • Complete address
  • Area, street, building, floor, and any helpful delivery notes
  • Preferred delivery instructions, if needed

Soin De Coco is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional fees caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated customer information.

8. Failed Delivery, No Answer, or Refused Orders

If the courier or our team cannot reach you, if the address is incorrect, if you are unavailable, or if you refuse to receive the order, the delivery may fail or be returned to us.

In such cases, Soin De Coco may cancel the order and may deduct delivery, return, or handling fees from any refund, where applicable.

Repeated refusal of orders, failure to answer delivery calls, or failed deliveries may affect your ability to place future orders, especially for cash-on-delivery orders.

9. Cash on Delivery Orders

If you choose cash on delivery, please make sure the full order amount is ready at the time of delivery.

Refusing to pay, refusing to receive the order, or repeatedly failing delivery may result in cancellation of the order and may affect your ability to use cash on delivery for future purchases.

10. Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with an item missing, please contact our Customer Support Team within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Please include your order number, clear photos or videos of the product, and photos of the packaging if the package arrived damaged.

Approved cases will be handled according to our Refund & Return Policy.

11. Delays Outside Our Control

Soin De Coco is not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Courier delays
  • Traffic or road closures
  • Weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • Security situations
  • Incorrect or incomplete customer information
